Map Outputs
Orthomosaic RGB Map
GeoTIFF + JPEG previewA high-resolution aerial image stitched from hundreds of drone photos. Up to 3 cm/pixel resolution. Equivalent to Google Earth imagery of your specific estate, but at 10× the detail. Used for boundary inspection, canopy overview, and visual documentation.
Digital Terrain Model (DTM)
GeoTIFF + colour-coded PNGA bare-earth elevation model showing the true land surface with all vegetation and structures removed. Critical for slope analysis, irrigation line planning, run-off pit placement, and accurate surface area calculations.
Digital Surface Model (DSM)
GeoTIFF + colour-coded PNGAn elevation model that includes all surface features — trees, canopy, buildings. Combined with the DTM, it allows canopy height estimation and identification of tall shade trees or structures.
NDVI Vegetation Health Map
GeoTIFF + colour-coded PNGA vegetation health index derived from near-infrared and red-band multispectral imagery. Green zones indicate healthy, photosynthetically active canopy. Yellow and red zones flag stress — from water deficit, disease pressure, or soil issues.
NDRE Map
GeoTIFF + colour-coded PNGA red-edge vegetation index that is more sensitive to chlorophyll content than NDVI — particularly useful for coffee at late-season stress detection and nitrogen status assessment.
Slope Map
GeoTIFF + colour-coded PNGDerived from the DTM. Shows gradient across the estate — useful for identifying erosion-prone slopes, planning terracing, and understanding drainage flow patterns.
Analysis & Calculations
Slope-Corrected Area Calculation
True surface area of your estate, corrected for terrain slope. This matters on hilly coffee estates — a 10-acre flat measurement on a 20-degree slope understates the actual planted area by up to 6%. We use the DTM to apply the correction pixel by pixel.
Zone Classification Report
The estate is segmented into performance zones based on vegetation index values. Each zone gets an area measurement, a health rating, and a recommended action (maintain, intervene, investigate).
Canopy Height Model (CHM)
Per-class canopy height distribution across the estate. Used for shade tree management — identifying areas of over-shade or under-shade on coffee plants.
Boundary KML File
A GPS polygon of your estate boundary, exported as KML. Compatible with DJI Pilot 2 and any GIS software. Can be loaded into Google Earth or shared with a surveyor.
Survey Report (PDF)
Every survey comes with a printable, shareable PDF report. It summarises all map outputs in a client-readable format, with estate statistics, vegetation health overview, terrain highlights, and recommended actions. The report is suitable for sharing with co-owners, estate managers, or agricultural consultants.

3D Terrain Model
A navigable 3D model of your estate in OBJ or PLY format. Viewable in desktop GIS software or online viewers. Good for presentations and planning.
